Upon casting your ultimate ability, you spawn a surge zone beneath you that has a 300 radius and lasts for 6 seconds. While you are within the zone, you gain 
50 ability haste and 
40% bonus movement speed, and your damage dealt to enemy champions fires missiles at them that deal 20% of the triggering damage instance pre-mitigation as bonus magic damage.
If you leave the zone's radius for the first time, it moves to your current location. Exiting the zone a second time causes it to disappear shortly thereafter.
