Upon reaching maximum stacks, you unleash a shockwave that deals 50 – 300 (based on level) (+ 750% heal and shield power) magic damage to nearby enemies. Enemy champions damaged below a percentage of their maximum 
health equal to 25% of your heal and shield power are executed.
