When an enemy champion is within 450 units of you, you send out Squishy Slappy Hands that latch onto all nearby enemy champions within 800 units after a 1.5-second delay, forming a tether between yourself and each target for 4 seconds (45 second cooldown). While the tethers persist (950 tether radius), your next basic attack is empowered to pull all tethered enemies toward you, dealing 30 – 100 (based on level) (+ 10% bonus health) magic damage to affected targets and stunning them for 0.25 seconds. Targets are pulled over 450 units, reduced to 350 for those farther away from you. Additionally, you gain a 25 – 75 (based on level) (+ 50% bonus armor) (+ 50% bonus magic resistance) shield for each pulled enemy.
